Service & Maintenance

Preventative Maintenance contracts are available covering all different types and manufacturers of cooling equipment which can be adapted to suit individuals requirements.  

Internal Solutions service all types of chillers, split systems, CRAC units and remote air cooled condensers.

Our Service Engineers are fully conversant with all types of refrigerant compressors; as well as being familiar with an array of pumps, control valves, heat exchangers, inverter types and other component parts so that they can offer you the most effective and efficient solution as quickly as possible.

Planned maintenance is all about taking a proactive approach to your cooling system maintenance and it will help reduce costs overall.   It will protect the lifespan of your cooling equipment and ensure your system is working to optimum efficiency levels at all times.

After each visit whether that be a service callout or preventative maintenance visit, your Service Engineer will provide a comprehensive written report of the equipment’s current condition. This will include detailed parameter values, air on and off temperatures, electrical amp readings and chilled water temperatures. 

We will always suggest any recommended action that our Service Engineer advises to avoid potential problems in the future.  The engineer’s job sheet is issued in a timely manor arriving with the client not later than the morning following the visit.   Dependant on the urgency and issue a phone call while the engineer is on site and an immediate repair actioned. 

Internal Solutions offer a callout service linked to a preventative maintenance contract providing 24h 7 days a week with a 4 hour response time.  Our engineers’ vans are fully stocked with the capability to carry out a vast range of repairs.
